We've been cleaning parts since 1977, so it should be no surprise that we know a thing or two about mass metal finishing. But all that processing holds little value if you don't have the right people managing it. This is one key feature that sets Latem apart from some of its competitors. Unlike other mass finishers, 90% or better of the people on our floor are permanent full-time employees, some whom have been with us for more than 30 years.
These are dedicated, disciplined, hard working and punctual team players who know what it takes to keep our customers happy, and therefore, to keep our company strong. The work they do can be dirty and it can be tough, yet they continue to do it, and do it well.
It makes it easy for us to say that we are proud of the company we keep.
