The health and safety of our employees, customers, contractors, and visitors remains our highest priority. To enhance the safety of all we have mandated that any visitors, contractors, customers, and vendors must provide proof of full vaccination. Full vaccination is defined as having received the second dose of a 2-dose vaccine (such as Pfizer, Moderna or Oxford/AstraZenaca) or the single dose of a 1-dose vaccine (such as Johnson & Johnson). The final dose must be a minimum of 14 days before coming on site.
You can download your vaccine certificate at Ontario Covid-19 vaccination service (Ontariohealth.ca) and save it on your phone for easy access.
If we do not receive proof of vaccination, or a person does not want to disclose their vaccination status then we will supply a rapid Covid-19 test. A test must be done every day they are on site. This will be done under our supervision to ensure accuracy. The test must indicate a clear negative result to gain entry. Otherwise, if a person is not vaccinated and refuses a test, then entry will be denied. Masks and temperature readings are still required for anyone entering the building.
If a contractor, customer, visitor, vendors etc is working outside and is not entering the building or storing anything in the building then they do not need to provide proof of vaccination, or a negative Covid-19 test.
Confidentiality: We take your privacy seriously and will take appropriate steps to comply with applicable privacy laws. An individual’s vaccination status is personal information that is not shared or disclosed outside the scope of a limited number of authorized persons and only for the limited purpose of implementing this policy.
